The simplified PCI renewal option is available this year for clients who completed their questionnaire in 2017. Simply log in to your PCI questionnaire and confirm that you are still processing the same way. Once that is done you will get an updated compliance certificate valid for one year from the date of completion.

Step One: Log in to your questionnaire
Username: Merchant ID Number (16 digits and starts with 3899)
Password: Your password will be something that was created by you previously. You can request an email to reset it from the login in screen if you are having issues accessing your ControlScan account.
When you first log in you will see your current compliance overview status.
Step Two: Under "Next Action" select "Click here to start new questionnaire"
Step Three: Verify your Information. If you are still using an AffiniPay or LawPay hosted payment page for your credit card processing, simply select "Yes" at the bottom of the screen. You are agreeing that your firm processes payments on a secure page and you do not store credit card information electronically.
Step Four: The final step is to enter your name on the Attestation page to certify that you have answered the questionnaire to the best of your ability.
Congratulations! You have now completed your compliance!
